Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Creature Habits websites, applications, community features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by RawSpoon (“Creature Habits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, providing accurate information, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

Permitted use

You may use the Service for lawful personal, community, ministry, and organizational purposes consistent with its features. You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or extract data except as permitted, distribute malware, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the Service to harm, harass, threaten, or deceive anyone.

User content and community conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights required to submit it. We may moderate, restrict, or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to users or the Service.

Connected services

The Service may connect to third-party platforms such as Google, Apple, Stripe, Meta, YouTube, email providers, and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms. You authorize us to access and process only the information allowed by the permissions you grant. You may disconnect a supported integration, but doing so may disable related features.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features, if offered, may be subject to pricing and billing terms shown at purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials supplied by us, is owned by RawSpoon or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms provide a limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership.

Spiritual and informational content

Creature Habits provides spiritual-practice, community, educational, and informational tools. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or pastoral advice tailored to your circumstances. You remain responsible for your decisions and activities.

Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular outcomes, or the accuracy or availability of third-party content or metrics.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RawSpoon and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
