Privacy Policy

Creature Habits is operated by RawSpoon (“Creature Habits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites, applications, community features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service; authenticate users; operate community and spiritual-practice features; personalize experiences; process subscriptions; communicate about the Service; troubleshoot problems; understand feature and content performance; maintain internal communications analytics; comply with law; and protect users, RawSpoon, and the public.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Service, including hosting, database, authentication, analytics, communications, and payment providers. Content you post in community areas may be visible to the audience indicated by that area. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.

Third-party services

The Service uses or may connect to services including Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Stripe, email-delivery providers, Apple services, Meta platforms, YouTube, and TikTok. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Connecting a third-party account is optional, and you may revoke its authorization through that provider where supported.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described above, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may adjust available account or notification settings, disconnect authorized third-party accounts, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some information may be retained when legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us.

International use

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection rules different from those in your jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service when appropriate.
